To a yogi, nothing says summer like SUP (Standup Paddle board) Yoga.  This form of yoga brings the benefits of yoga with the joy of getting out on the water.

There is nothing like practicing yoga, while finding your strength and balance on the board, and ending with savasana as fingers dip in the water. Ahhhhhhh!
