Senior Classes

Senior Yoga Stretch – Join us and add both physical and emotional strength, flexibility and balance to your daily activity. This 45 minute yoga class is designed for ALL, no floor work, and will include a chair for seated and standing support. Sneakers/rubber soled shoes are optional.

Pre-registration is required and class is included in your ZEN membership, your 5-class pass or $7 drop-in fee.

while adding weights, bands and/or balls to add strength and resistance training. No floor work and chair available for balance/stability. Sneakers/rubber soled shoes with support required.
