Special Classes & Workshops
Beginning in June, yoga is back outdoors at Academy Hill! Yoga for All with Britt will be held Monday evenings at 6:30pm and Gentle Yoga will be held Tuesday mornings at 7:30am.
Pre-registration is required and class is included in your ZEN membership or $15 drop-in fee.
This 6-week course introduces yoga to the layperson. The focus is on how to make yoga poses fit your body without judgment or competition, while surrounded by people, also new to yoga.
This workshop offered in studio, 12 maximum. $85.00 for the 6-week series. Pre-registration is required. Register here.
Join Emily Grigos from Zen Yoga & Wellness, in a Yoga for All practice, where all can participate, without judgment, and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for the weekend. The hour long class/practice will be followed by your favorite: savasana (rest) and Wachusett pub beer.
Offered the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10:00-11:00am. $25/pp and includes both class and pint.

Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of your core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Pilates promotes a strong mind-body connection, perfect if you enjoy yoga but need to change up your core exercises.
Series runs for 4 consecutive weeks on Thursdays, 6:00-7:00pm. Register here.
Gather with certified sound healer and intuitive musician Nina Vecchi and yoga instructor Michael Vecchi to enjoy the sweet sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls and gongs while being gently guided into a deep relaxed state. Participants are led on a sound journey that unfolds into a peaceful healing experience which will leave you feeling refreshed and at ease!
Typically offered the 3rd Sunday of every month (see schedule for exact dates). $25/per person and pre-registration is required.
Understanding Your Yoga Anatomy with Jenna
Contribute to a great foundation and your yoga practice with this two-hour workshop. Jenna Mooney will review basic anatomy and the postural problems that create challenges for our bodies in this culture. Knowing how your body has adapted to your lifestyle will bring you more knowledge for good choices in your yoga practice and in your day to day activities.

Zen Yoga & Wellness is excited to offer Sunday morning yoga at Hollis Hills Farm, a family owned farm located in Fitchburg, MA. If you’ve not yet experienced Hollis Hills, it is truly a hidden gem.
