She enjoys hiking, ATVing, going for walks with her dog, snowmobiling, water skiing, and more. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, take yoga and Pilates classes, and relax by the lake.

Karen found Pilates in 2013 when she tried a class in hopes of a fun, challenging change from the typical gym setting. Jessie is a third grade teacher who loves working with children. She began her journey of yoga at home and expanding her own practice. In wanting to expand her passion for teaching and love of yoga, Jessie earned her 200 hour certified yoga teacher training at Trillium Ayurveda and Yoga in Orange, MA. Jessie loves how yoga is something that anyone is capable of doing, and each time you practice is a new experience.
