Yoga Classes

We experience the basics of Hatha yoga with a vinyasa style adding and linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Classes always emphasize connection between body and breath and end with restorative relaxation. We let go of judgment and competition while finding fitness and health through poses of strength, endurance and balance. Yoga for All allows and encourages modifications throughout the practice.

Yoga nidra is a powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness and rest.

Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with, at time, the aid of props (provided or bring your own). The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you are stimulating and relaxing your body. While some restorative yoga poses are beneficial to the entire body, others target specific parts of the body, such as the heart or the lungs.

Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of 6 series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. It is rooted in Vinyasa, the flowing movements between postures, with a focus on energy and breath. While it is a very physical practice, it also promotes mental clarity and inner peace.
