Britt T

Britt’s yoga journey started several years ago where she inevitably fell in love. This new love for yoga eventually began to grow beyond the physical. She came for the practice but stayed for the philosophy, realizing that yoga is multifaceted, much like herself. She began to dig deeper with a whole world to uncover. It started with yoga but led to the discovery of many other beautiful modalities; connecting her with her inner worlds. This led to her extensive study of astrology, tarot, meditation and energy healing (amongst many other spiritual fascinations.) Britt completed her Reiki Master – Teacher Certification in 2019. By the end of 2019, she decided to take the next step further on her yogic path to become an instructor herself, and began Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 with Frog Pond Yoga, and completed her 200hr YTT in 2021. Her studies confirmed that there is in fact so much more beyond the physical. Gaining her yoga training amidst the pandemic proved the world needs community and connection more than ever. Britt takes her experiences and knowledge into her love of writing and teaching. You will find that each of her yoga classes are guided through grounded intentional movement, connected to the breath. As well as incorporating her knowledge of astrology, energy, other practices and inspirations — making it practical and accessible for all.

Ron

Ron discovered yoga in a pursuit to connect physical and mental well being within a spiritual pathway. His practice began in 2000, focused for many years solely on Ashtanga yoga. Desiring more freedom of personal expression and Asana arrangements he came to practice, vinyasa, hot, and power yoga disciplines.

He is a 200hr certified yoga teacher through My Vinyasa Practice in Austin, TX. His Asana practice focuses on movement, connection, and grace. He believes Yoga should be explored and developed with consideration to each individuals physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
