Timea is a full-time real estate agent and a long-time fitness enthusiast. After taking a short recovery break due to a minor injury, she relied on yoga to get back into working out while beginning to explore other forms of fun, low impact exercises. Once discovering and falling in love with Barre, she knew it was the right avenue for her and decided to become a certified instructor in order to share her passion with others.

Timea brings her energetic, fun-loving spirit to every class, creating a positive environment for new practitioners and returning friends. In her spare time, Timea enjoys running, hiking and kayaking. She hopes to see you in class!

Lori P

Lori is a 200 RYT with Yoga Alliance and has received her training and certifications through YogaFit in Levels 1-5, Senior Yoga, Yoga for Kids, Yo-Chi and Yoga Nidra.

She has a passion for fitness and helping others and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. She also is a personal trainer through AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) and has multiple certifications with MOSSA, she also is a Certified SilverSneakers instructor.

Karen S

Karen is a dedicated First Grade Teacher, a loving dog-mom, and an inspired Pilates instructor. In her spare time, Karen can be found doing almost anything outside! She enjoys hiking, ATVing, going for walks with her dog, snowmobiling, water skiing, and more. She loves to spend time with her family and friends, take yoga and Pilates classes, and relax by the lake.

Karen found Pilates in 2013 when she tried a class in hopes of a fun, challenging change from the typical gym setting. From that very first class, Karen fell in love and has continued her Pilates practice ever since. She became certified to teach both Beginner and Intermediate Pilates classes through Power Pilates Core Mat I & II training programs. Karen is excited to bring her Pilates experience to Zen Yoga & Wellness to share the wonderful benefits of Pilates with all who join her classes.
