This 6-week seasonal course at our Westminster studio is designed for those who are new to yoga and seek to reduce stress, enhance flexibility, build muscle, and cultivate mindfulness without the intimidation of advanced practice. Led by our skilled instructor, Yee Leng, this series emphasizes adapting yoga poses to fit your unique body rather than striving for perfection. You will join a community of fellow beginners in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere, fostering personal growth and exploration. While we provide yoga mats and props for your convenience, you are welcome to bring your own mat. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and an open mind, ready for a transformative journey into yoga.

Partner Yoga

Join us for a unique and enriching experience with our Partner Yoga event, held sporadically throughout the year. Led by the talented Jenna Mooney, this class transcends typical yoga sessions by fostering connection and joy among participants. Regardless of your experience level—whether you're an experienced yogi or just beginning your journey—everyone is welcome to partake in this delightful celebration.

Bring along a partner—be it a friend, family member, or significant other—and explore the bliss of practicing poses together. This event is an excellent opportunity for mothers and daughters, friends, couples, or any duo seeking to deepen their connection through yoga. Prepare to engage in laughter, learning, and meaningful interactions in our supportive and inviting environment. Keep an eye on our schedule so you don’t miss out on this memorable experience!

Learn about our regularly scheduled classes:

  • Experience the basics of Hatha yoga with a vinyasa style linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

  • Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of one’s core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Originally developed as a rehabilitative system, important principles within Pilates help to improve overall physical health, including posture and joint health, and it promotes mindful well being and positive body awareness.

  • For these sessions the room is heated between 90-100 degrees keeping your muscles and connective tissue warm, limber and strong.

  • Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body while you move to music and have fun! Barre is rooted in Pilates, Yoga and Dance, but the moves require more strength and stamina than innate grace, so even if you have two left feet, you’ll be able to follow along. No tutus required….wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to go barefoot. Moves are designed to create longer stronger muscles, firmer bottom, toned core….all while improving flexibility and posture.

  • Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others. 

    Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.

    These Baby and Me classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.

    Dads are welcome also!

  • This laid back 45 minute class for ages 0-5 with their parents or caregiver brings all things yoga, wellness, play and parenthood all in one place.

  • Zen Yoga + Wellness offers a variety of senior classes specifically geared towards supporting seniors, including chair yoga, strength & balance and cardio fit classes.
