Yoga Classes:

Vinyasa Flow
This class is surely meant to get you feeling “flowing”. This is a great class to bring strength, endurance & flexibility while offering balance and peace. Don’t be intimidated- modifications are always offered and encouraged.
Gentle Yoga
In our Gentle Yoga classes, we will explore the foundational principles of yoga through a flow. Emphasizing the connection between body and mind, participants will cultivate a sense of balance and well-being. The class is designed to enhance overall health by incorporating strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility, all set to soothing music that enriches the experience. Our gentle approach allows for self-pacing, with modifications available for all levels, ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably. Join us on this journey towards a harmonious integration of body and mind.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga nidra is a powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. While you rest comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness and rest.
Yoga Core
This session is designed to build and elevate your core strength, a key component in boosting stability, improving posture, and preventing injuries—plus, it’s a game-changer for relieving back pain! Whether you're an experienced yogi or just getting started, this class is for everyone. Optional weights provide an extra challenge, but the real power comes from practicing together in our supportive, uplifting community.
Yoga for Anxiety
Join Certified Yoga for Anxiety instructor Vanessa for a transformative class blending Hatha, Yin, and Restorative yoga with mind-body techniques to ease anxiety and stress. Through calming pranayama and mindful poses, we guide your body to deep relaxation. Using restorative props and gentle readings, this class offers a safe space to release tension and emotions, often leading to profound relief. No prior experience needed; this class is for all levels of anxiety. Incorporating Yin Yoga, we hold poses longer to enhance relaxation, flexibility, circulation, and mental quietude, perfect for finding peace amidst chaos.
Senior Yoga
Enhance your physical and emotional well-being by joining our welcoming community. Our 45-minute senior classes cater to all abilities, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and balance. These sessions are designed with your comfort in mind, utilizing a chair for seated and standing support, ensuring a safe and accessible experience. While sneakers or rubber-soled shoes are encouraged, they are optional. Embrace this opportunity to nurture both your body and mind in a supportive environment.
Baby & Me Yoga
Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others.
Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.
These classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.
Dads are welcome also!

Hot Yoga
We now offer both Hot and Warm classes in addition to our normal temp classes.
At our Orchard Hills location, we have early morning weekday, evening, and weekend classes at Hot temps (95-105 degrees).
On Monday evenings, we offer a Warm Vinyasa class (80-85 degrees) and a Gentle/Restorative Warm option on Tuesday mornings (also 80-85 degrees).

Pilates
Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of one’s core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Originally developed as a rehabilitative system, important principles within Pilates help to improve overall physical health, including posture and joint health, and it promotes mindful well being and positive body awareness.
Barre
Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body while you move to music and have fun! Barre is rooted in Pilates, Yoga and Dance, but the moves require more strength and stamina than innate grace, so even if you have two left feet, you’ll be able to follow along. No tutus required….wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to go barefoot. Moves are designed to create longer stronger muscles, firmer bottom, toned core….all while improving flexibility and posture.
Zen Kids Playgroup
This laid back 45 minute class for ages 0-5 with their parents or caregiver brings all things yoga, wellness, play and parenthood all in one place.
Class begins with songs, games, stories and yoga with the little ones, followed by free play with nature-based, high quality toys while you connect and socialize with others. Classes will have a theme woven in that supports social and emotional development, such as kindness or courage, and a natural element such as trees or water.
This is your opportunity to be with like-minded mamas and find your tribe! Let your children learn, grow and have fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
Senior Classes
At Zen we take immense pride in the diverse range of classes we offer, catering to all age groups from Baby & Me sessions to specialized senior classes.
Seniors are a cherished part of our community, receiving dedicated care and attention from our instructors who prioritize their well-being and growth.
Beyond the physical exercise, our senior community at Zen fosters deep connections, mental wellness, and nurtures lasting friendships.
We believe that attending classes in person not only enriches the experience but also cultivates a sense of belonging and support among our members. While we highly encourage everyone to join us in person when they can, we also recognize that some may prefer the convenience of practicing from home or even while on vacation. That's why we offer virtual classes to ensure that everyone can benefit from our offerings, no matter what their circumstances.
Our senior classes in Westminster are scheduled at 11 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays, while Thursday’s senior class is offered at our Orchard Hills location.
Our exceptional senior instructors, including Yee Leng, Debi, and Rebekah, are passionate about creating a supportive environment where seniors can thrive. They go above and beyond to build relationships, provide personalized attention, and facilitate holistic well-being for our senior members.
