Turks & Caicos Yoga Retreat
In February 2025, the Zen crew embarked on the ultimate escape to the stunning Turks & Caicos for a Paddle Board and Yoga Retreat that was nothing short of magical. Over the course of 5 unforgettable nights, we immersed ourselves in daily yoga sessions, both morning and night, to reconnect with our minds, bodies, and the beautiful surroundings.
But this retreat was about so much more than yoga—imagine horseback riding in the ocean, jet skiing through shipwrecks, and snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. Each day was filled with adventure, relaxation, and delicious meals that fueled our bodies and souls.

Sedona Hiking & Yoga Retreat
Our November 2024 Yoga and Hiking Retreat in the captivating landscape of Sedona, Arizona, was truly transformative for all involved.
Participants reveled in daily invigorating hikes on stunning red rock trails, allowing them to reconnect deeply with the beauty of nature. Each morning began with rejuvenating yoga sessions that set a positive tone for the day, followed by awe-inspiring hikes that revealed the incredible landscapes around us. Evenings were dedicated to restorative yoga sessions, promoting balance and relaxation after our adventures.
Throughout the retreat, we enjoyed nourishing meals that satisfied our appetites, soaked in luxurious hot tubs to unwind, and built lasting friendships that enriched our experience.
This retreat not only fostered energy, connection, and personal growth but also left everyone feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired for the journey ahead.

Experience the basics of Hatha yoga with a vinyasa style linking poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of one’s core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Originally developed as a rehabilitative system, important principles within Pilates help to improve overall physical health, including posture and joint health, and it promotes mindful well being and positive body awareness.

For these sessions the room is heated between 90-100 degrees keeping your muscles and connective tissue warm, limber and strong.

Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body while you move to music and have fun! Barre is rooted in Pilates, Yoga and Dance, but the moves require more strength and stamina than innate grace, so even if you have two left feet, you’ll be able to follow along. No tutus required….wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to go barefoot. Moves are designed to create longer stronger muscles, firmer bottom, toned core….all while improving flexibility and posture.

Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others.
Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.
These Baby and Me classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.
Dads are welcome also! -
This laid back 45 minute class for ages 0-5 with their parents or caregiver brings all things yoga, wellness, play and parenthood all in one place.
