Cow Yoga at Smith's Country Cheese

Available Seasonally

Join us at Smith's Country Cheese for a relaxing, fun yoga class held on their beautiful farm in Winchendon.

Come be one with nature, happy cows, and local cheese & wine! After the one hour yoga practice that is open to all levels, we will enjoy a delicious charcuterie spread and flight of local wines and relax on the quaint Smith grounds. The cheese shop will be open before and after if you'd like to shop.

Please bring your own towel, yoga mat and water.

Paddleboard Yoga

There is nothing like yoga while floating on water, balancing on your board, creating strength & balance, all while enjoying sunshine and nature with friends!

Address and detailed instructions, including weather policy/rain date, will be emailed to you upon registration.

Crocker Pond Yoga

Join us lakeside for a rejuvenating yoga practice at Crocker Pond. Embrace the gentle movements on your mat, feeling the sand beneath your feet and the refreshing breeze on your skin. This class is open to all levels, including beginners!

Bring your own mat and towel for added comfort. Registration is encouraged but not mandatory, and classes will be canceled in case of bad weather.

Free to Westminster Town Residents.


Academy Hill Yoga

We offer gentle yoga classes on Academy Hill in Westminster twice a week when the weather is nice. On Sundays, anyone can join for $18 or for free with a membership. On Wednesdays, the class is free for everyone.

Learn about our regularly scheduled classes:

  • We offer various yoga classes: Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra, Prenatal, Power, Yin, Hot, Gentle, and more, allowing you to tailor your wellness experience.

  • Pilates is an exercise system that helps to build strength and flexibility in the body by emphasizing the use of one’s core. Lengthening from a strong center helps to develop toned muscles without bulk. Originally developed as a rehabilitative system, important principles within Pilates help to improve overall physical health, including posture and joint health, and it promotes mindful well being and positive body awareness.

  • For these sessions the room is heated between 90-100 degrees keeping your muscles and connective tissue warm, limber and strong.

  • Come sculpt, tone, and align your entire body while you move to music and have fun! Barre is rooted in Pilates, Yoga and Dance, but the moves require more strength and stamina than innate grace, so even if you have two left feet, you’ll be able to follow along. No tutus required….wear comfortable workout clothes and expect to go barefoot. Moves are designed to create longer stronger muscles, firmer bottom, toned core….all while improving flexibility and posture.

  • Baby & Me Yoga is a gentle yoga class designed to help new moms regain muscle tone, abdominal strength and flexibility; while cultivating a peaceful, loving connection with their baby, themselves and others. 

    Moms should have exercise clearance from their care-provider, and babies should be non-crawling.

    These Baby and Me classes are perfect for everyone who wants to bring the practice of yoga and body awareness into the experience of parenthood.

    Dads are welcome also!

  • This laid back 45 minute class for ages 0-5 with their parents or caregiver brings all things yoga, wellness, play and parenthood all in one place.

  • Zen Yoga + Wellness offers a variety of senior classes specifically geared towards supporting seniors, including chair yoga, strength & balance and cardio fit classes.
