Residing in Westminster with her supportive husband and family, Vanessa has overcome numerous challenges in her life, including a connective tissue disorder that causes chronic pain. Jessie is a third grade teacher who loves working with children. She began her journey of yoga at home and expanding her own practice. In wanting to expand her passion for teaching and love of yoga, Jessie earned her 200 hour certified yoga teacher training at Trillium Ayurveda and Yoga in Orange, MA. Jessie loves how yoga is something that anyone is capable of doing, and each time you practice is a new experience. She enjoys teaching to adults and children, which she incorporates into her classroom as well in promoting mindfulness and different poses with her students. She loves sharing the power of yoga through her classes and is grateful for the opportunity to share her knowledge about the benefits of yoga in all areas of life.
