Amanda is a business professional by day and an adventure seeker by night. She calls Princeton home and proudly identifies as a dog and plant mom. In her free time, youβll likely find her roaming the endless hiking trails throughout the region, skiing, scuba diving, getting lost in a good fiction novel, gardening, cooking, or dreaming up her next exciting adventure.
Amanda teaches a Tabata-based Pilates method and enjoys exploring a variety of yoga and Pilates styles. She thrives in the heat, and you can count on working up a serious sweat in her classes. Her passion for both fitness and adventure shines through in her dynamic teaching style, and her energy is contagious.
