Emily first discovered vinyasa yoga in 2008, and it was love at first Savasana! From that moment, she realized that yoga was not just a practice, but a calling, and in 2012, she made her dream of becoming a yoga teacher a reality by receiving her 200 RYT through Frog Lotus Yoga International.
Emily brings a unique blend of peaceful strength and a playful approach to her vinyasa classes, creating a nurturing and joyful environment for her students. Her teaching is deeply rooted in building genuine connections with her students, and she is always eager to share her passion for yoga with the community.
Emily’s warmth and compassion have earned her a special place in the hearts of her students. She is highly loved by the members at Zen Yoga & Wellness, who appreciate her supportive, inclusive teaching style and the positive energy she brings to every class.
