Each session is specifically designed to warmly welcome every child, keeping them happily engaged while providing parents with a valuable opportunity to connect with one another as well.

We are thrilled to announce that Sonya will be stepping into a vital new role at Zen as our Family and Zen Kidz Coordinator!
Working closely with our beloved Instructor Shannon, Sonya will be the creative force behind our family programs, crafting delightful themes that engage and inspire our little ones and their families. With a heart full of passion for kids and family programs, she is committed to fostering a nurturing environment where every member of our community feels welcomed and supported.
Sonya will be at the helm of coordinating and organizing all our family-focused offerings, ensuring that they are not only fun but also enriching for everyone involved. As the main point of contact for all family and kid communications, she is dedicated to creating a space where parents can easily connect and feel supported.
